Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the unworn watch and all original documentation inside the original 40nine box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
